Memphis' Tallest Buildings

One Beale is set to be Memphis' newest and tallest skyscraper. This 30 story proposed building will consist of two towers that will house a Hyatt Regency Hotel, condominums, office space, and restaurants. Its tallest tower will stand 435 feet high, just a little higher than Memphis' reigning tallest building, 100 North Main. Construction of One Beale is expected to be complete in 2010.
