1. Delta Fair and Music Festival

3. Germantown Festival

5. Mid-South Fair

6. St. Francis of Assissi Fall Festival
Location: St. Francis of Assissi Church, 8151 Chimneyrock in Cordova

Description: Formerly known as Oktoberfest, the St. Francis of Assissi Fall Festival is a big event featuring food, games, entertainment, and more.
7. Bartlett Festival and Car Show
Location:W.J. Freeman Park, 2629 Bartlett Boulevard in Bartlett
Dates and Times: September 28, 2012 from 6-10pm and September 29, 2012 from 9:30am-5pm

Description: This annual event features a car show, live music, hot air balloons, children's activities, arts and crafts, food vendors, and more.
8. Olive Branch Oktoberfest
Location: Olive Branch City Park, 8267 Goodman Road in Olive Branch

9. Pink Palace Crafts Fair
Location: Audubon Park, 750 Cherry Road in Memphis

Description: The Pink Palace Crafts Fair is one of the city's most beloved annual events. In addition to the many artisans with their works on display, the fair will also feature live music, children's activities, and plenty of food.
10. Agricenter Fall Harvest Festival
Location: Agricenter Farmer's Market, 7777 Walnut Grove Rd. in Memphis
Dates and Times: October 20, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Description: Come celebrate the harvest season at the Agricenter. There will be live music, hayrides, games, a petting zoo, a pumpkin painting contest, concessions, and more.
11. RiverArtsFest
