By , About.com Guide

***NOTE -- Ride the Ducks no longer operates in Memphis*** Looking for something unique to do this Halloween season? Ride the Ducks may have just the thing for you.

You have probably seen the Ducks quacking through Downtown Memphis. These amphibious vehicles provide tours through the streets of Memphis and into Wolf River Harbor. The captains who lead the tours share interesting historic facts along with humorous anecdotes about the city.

For Halloween, Ride The Ducks will be hosting Halloween themed tours that depart Friday and Saturday nights in October at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Passengers will learn about Memphis' haunting history and visit spooky sights such as Victorian Village, The Orpheum, the old Memphis jail house, and will meet up with the ghosts of Sun Studio and Beale Street. Costumes are welcome and trick-or-treat bags will be provided to children with ticket purchase.

Ride The Ducks Halloween tours will be: October 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27 and 28. Tickets are $17.95 for adults, $16.95 for seniors and military, and $9.95 for children ages 3-12.
