Okay, I'll admit it. I love chocolate. And when it comes right down to it, any chocolate will do. However, I can certainly appreciate fine, high quality chocolate. That is what you'll find at Godiva.The mere mention of the Godiva name evokes feelings of luxurious sensuality. And judging from the names of some of their confections, that seems to be the intention. For instance, you could savor a Dark Caramel Embrace or a Midnight Swirl. If those don't do it for you, what about a Cinnamon Blush or a Milk Ganache Bliss? Undoubtedly, Godiva offers the most romantic chocolate in town.
The taste of a Godiva chocolate is not-too sweet, very smooth, and often carries the hint of an exotic flavor. It is perfect for a chocolate connoisseur.
For those of us with, ahem, cheaper tastes, Godiva comes as something of a disappointment. If, like me, you love the super-sweet, slightly grainy taste of a Hershey bar, save yourself the money and skip Godiva. If, however, you crave high quality, finely crafted chocolates, Godiva is a good bet.
