Guide Review - Charlie's Meat Market

When you walk into Charlie's Meat Market, you can't help but feel that you've taken a step back in time. Behind the massive glass cases of freshly cut beef, pork, and poultry, you'll find butchers wearing blood-spattered white aprons, your cuts will be wrapped in crisp white butcher paper, and you will always be greeted with a smile.

In my opinion, Charlie's offers the absolute best meats in town. I have not found the same quality anywhere else. I frequently pick up boxes of steaks or porkchops, which are perfect on the grill, and they always have a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness that you won't even find in most steakhouses.

If the quality isn't enough to sell you, then try their prices. I have found that they generally have prices as cheap as or cheaper than those in the grocery stores. A current list of prices can be found on Charlie's website.

So the next time you're grilling out (or grilling in!) consider Charlie's Meat Market for your beef, poultry, or pork needs.

Meat is poor quality, Member donkoehler

Charlies has touted itself as the best in Memphis for several years. Their ribeye quality has gotten much worse. Stringy, tough, hard to chew. Not worth the money. The last of 4 ribeyes I bought is going in the garbage can. I doubt they would give me my money back.
