Review: We have been regular customers of this restaurant for nearly 15 years. Lately, the attitude of the management and the hostess has become problematic. On the last two occasions, we have had reservations for two. The table we have been offered is a two top table near the hostess stand even though the restaurant is wide open with several empty tables. The last time, we insisted on a different table and got moved to a more spacious table in the back. Tonight, despite several tables being open, neither the manager or the hostess would offer another option, except to seat us in a booth for two in a corner. I do not understand the condescending attitude towards customers, particularly in this economic environment. So, my wife and I went to a quality mid-town restaurant, Paulette, and had a wonderful meal, with good seating and ambience, for about similar price as Jarrets. Owners and management of Jarrets need to re-think their attitude
