The 2008 Back to School Health Fair will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest High School located at 4184 Graceland Drive.

Each year since 2001, The Academy for Youth Empowerment hosts a Back to School Health Fair. The health fair is a free event which offers immunization shots necessary to enroll in Tennessee schools, physical exams, and a number of important health screenings and tests including vision, dental, blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, and glucose. In addition to the free health care, free school supplies will be distributed at the fair. There will also be free food and entertainment for attendees.
