If you want to catch a show to help get you into the Christmas spirit, there are several to choose from in Memphis and the Mid-South. From old classics like The Nutcracker Ballet or A Christmas Carol to new favorites like A Tuna Christmas, there is something for everyone.

The Memphis Messiah

This annual benefit performance of Handel's Messiah will be feature the Memphis Symphony Orchestra and the Memphis Symphony Chorus. It will be held at the Cannon Center for the Performing arts on December 13, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. Visit the show's official website for ticket information.

A Tuna Christmas

The Playhouse on the Square is presenting this colorful comedy featuring two actors who take on many roles. The story takes place in the town of Tuna, Texas where residents participate in a delightfully tacky Christmas lawn display contest. A Christmas Carol

Madeline's Christmas

The Singing Christmas Tree

The Singing Christmas Tree at Bellevue Baptist Church is an annual production that is much more than just another church pageant.
