July 1st - 15th

July 1:

  • Redbirds Home Game
    See the Memphis Redbirds take on Nashville at AutoZone Park. The game begins at 7:05 p.m.

July 2:

  • Redbirds Home Game
    See the Memphis Redbirds take on Nashville at AutoZone Park. The game begins at 7:05 p.m.

July 3:

  • Firecracker 5K Run
    This annual run/walk will benefit St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. The race begins at 7:00 p.m.at the Racquet Club of Memphis.
  • Bartlett Fireworks Extravaganza
    This celebration will be held at Bobby K. Flaherty Municipal Center at Highway 79 and Appling Road from 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. and will include live music, family activities, a car show, and food vendors.
  • Collierville Independence Day Celebration
    This is Collierville's 23rd annual 4th of July celebration featuring entertainment, food, games, and an exciting fireworks display. The event will be held at H.W. Cox Park located at 350 W. Powell Road in Collierville from 6:00 p.m. -- 9:30 p.m.
  • Hernando Picnic and Parade
    This Independence Day event is geared just for kids. Help your child deck out his or her scooter, bicycle, or tricycle in red, white, and blue and bring them down to Hernando for a parade around the town square. Free refreshments and a movie will follow. The event runs from 6:30 p.m. -- 9:30 p.m.
  • First Wives Club
    This screening of the original Indiana Jones film is part of the Orpheum's Summer Movie Series. Showtime is 7:15 p.m. and tickets are $5.00.
  • Peabody Rooftop Party
    Enjoy live music, dancing, and cocktails all from the roof of the Peabody Hotel. The party starts at 6:00 p.m. and goes until 10:00 p.m. Admission is $5.00.
  • Redbirds Home Game
    See the Memphis Redbirds take on Nashville at AutoZone Park. The game begins at 7:05 p.m.

July 4:

  • Star Spangled Celebration
    This favorite Memphis tradition will take place once again at Tom Lee Park. Festivities begin at 3:00 p.m. and will include live music, a petting zoo, games, a motorcycle parade, and more. Fireworks will start at 9:00 p.m.
  • Germantown Family Fourth Celebration
    This family friendly celebration includes food, fireworks, and music. The fun starts at 5:00 p.m. at Municipal Park and fireworks will begin at 9:10pm.
  • Independence Day in Olive Branch
    The Annual July 4th "Celebrate Your Independence" event at the Olive Branch City Park will begin at 5:00 p.m. Bring blankets and lawn chairs to enjoy food, games, and fun!
  • Southaven July 4th Celebration
    This year's celebration will be held at Snowden Grove Park. There will be live music, a fabulous fireworks display, and fun for the entire family! The fireworks display will begin at dusk.

July 10:

  • Pretty Woman

  • Sleep Out on the Mississippi
    Camp out along the Mississippi River at Mud Island. Tents, food, and entertainment are provided.

  • Redbirds Home Game
    See the Memphis Redbirds take on Omaha at AutoZone Park. The game begins at 7:05 p.m.

July 12:

  • Redbirds Home Game
    See the Memphis Redbirds take on Omaha at AutoZone Park. The game begins at 12:05 p.m.
  • Redbirds Home Game
    See the Memphis Redbirds take on Omaha (again!) at AutoZone Park. The game begins at 6:05 p.m.

July 13:

  • Bridal Rhapsody Extravaganza
    If there is a wedding in your future, you won't want to miss this bridal show at the Agricenter. The event takes place from 11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and admission is $10.00.
  • Redbirds Home Game
    See the Memphis Redbirds take on Omaha at AutoZone Park. The game begins at 1:35 p.m.
