Uncle Sam's Bar-B-Q

Barbecue and guns -- what a manly combination! It makes sense, therefore, to have a barbecue restaurant right inside a gun range. That's just what Uncle Sam's Bar-B-Q did when they opened their doors inside of Range USA near Bartlett. The restaurant offers a clear view out onto the gun range so guests can watch as folks work on their shooting skills.

Because of this unique location, Uncle Sam's does not serve alcohol. However, the food more than makes up for it. Although I have not tried anything I didn't like, the barbecue nachos have to be my favorite. They have just the right blend of sauce, cheese, and chips.

Contrary to what its location might indicate, Uncle Sam's is a family operated and family friendly restaurant. Don't hesitate to bring along your kids and don’t be surprised when you see kids running around everywhere, too. Because you can dine at the restaurant without using the gun range at all, it is appropriate for the entire family.

So whether you work up an appetite on the range or just want to enjoy some incredible Memphis barbecue (or a great burger!), stop in at Uncle Sam's.
