Have you ever gone to Walgreens on Christmas Day? It is generally full of folks who are scrounging around for a last minute gift or two. In the days leading up to Christmas, Walmart is the same way. No matter what time of day or night you go, it is always packed with last minute shoppers.
This year, there will be another option in the mix. I read in the paper today that Macy's will be staying open for 48 hours straight on the weekend before Christmas. That means at 2:00 a.m. on the Saturday before Christmas, your shopping choices won't be confined to Walgreens or Walmart. And there are several Macy's stores in the Memphis area so it should be a fairly convenient option, as well.
